Your Diagnostic Scan Journey

How we ensure your imaging scan is comfortable, rapid, and conclusive.

1

Review of Diagnostic Requisition

Our radiographers carefully review the clinical notes passed down from your prescribing physician to know exactly what to look for.

2

Comfortable Positioning

You are escorted to a private diagnostic room where our team gently positions you correctly on the scanning table or machine.

3

The Imaging Procedure

The scan is performed. Depending on the modality (ultrasound vs X-ray), this takes between 5 and 20 minutes in a calm environment.

4

Expert Interpretation

The high-resolution images are immediately passed securely to our internal radiologist who meticulously interprets the data.

5

Report Generation

A detailed clinical report is sent straight back to your prescribing physician to formulate your precise treatment plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. Ultrasound uses harmless high-frequency sound waves rather than radiation. It is considered exceptionally safe for expectant mothers and standard practice for monitoring fetal health.
While we do accept walk-ins for basic X-rays, we highly recommend booking an appointment for specialized diagnostic ultrasounds (like follicular tracking or anomaly scans) to guarantee immediate service.
For urgent internal cases, the scans and radiologist's interpretation are immediately available to our doctors on the internal network. External reports are usually ready on the same or next business day.
Yes, but we use advanced digital X-ray machines that actively minimize radiation. The exposure generated is incredibly low, tightly controlled, and well below standard safety limits.
Yes, for many pelvic or abdominal ultrasounds, your radiographer will specify that you drink plenty of water to fill your bladder an hour before the test, ensuring the clearest possible pelvic visibility.
